    Place your order through the website. Once we verify your pet’s prescription with your vet, your meds will ship out in just 1 – 3 days.

    File your Rx claim & get paid back

    File a claim through the Fetch Pet Insurance app to get paid back up to 100% of your costs on eligible prescriptions. Claims are typically processed in less than 10 days. Once the claim is approved and you’ve met your deductible, you’ll get paid back straight to your bank account when you set up direct deposit.

Please allow 1 – 2 days for vet approvals on orders that include prescription items and an additional 24 – 48 hours to process prescription orders.
